The Swedish massage course will teach participants the therapeutic effects of tissues and muscles. It focuses on various techniques such as stroking, rubbing, kneading, patting, vibrations, shaking, and rolling, which can have either a stimulating or relaxing effect depending on the intensity of the movement. The course will cover the importance of smooth and harmonious movements in Swedish massage and how it can have a positive impact on the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems. Participants will learn about the benefits of Swedish massage, such as improved blood circulation, relaxation of muscles, improved joint mobility, smoother and softer skin, and better hygiene of the nervous system. They will also receive theoretical knowledge necessary to perform the procedure, including different techniques, pressure force, and ways to reduce tension and pain. Upon completion, participants will receive an e-book training script, a certificate of participation, and a starter package for social media graphics to help advertise their new service.
